•    Make telephone calls to prospects / cold calling

     Handle the incoming calls from the existing customers

•    Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved

•    Ensure daily calling target is achieved as set

•    Maintain the required daily reports

•    Ensure process compliance

•    Ensure customer complaints are resolved within the Turn Around Time

•    Ensure and maintain positive working relationship with in the team

•    Handle the tasks assigned by the leaders as per the work requirement

•    Provide feedback and input to the customers

•    Record details of opportunities and lead notes
